Shabbos dinner

“We remember the fish we ate in Egypt at no cost–also the cucumbers, melons, leeks, onions and garlic” (Numbers 11;5)

So naturally I memorialized this with a salad of cucumbers, leeks, onion and garlic (plus romaine lettuce and some spices, as well as a second similar salad with red cabbage instead of lettuce).

PLUS:  broiled salmon with lentils and hoisin sauce (for the fish part of the complaint)
