shabbos dinner

In honor of the end of Pesach I decided to do something pretty dough heavy: a kind of muffleta (a sort of fried dough eaten in the Morroccan custom of mimoula).  The original version is fried in vegetable oil so I did a bit of that.  In addition I experimented with versions fried in margarine and olive oil.  The margarine version turned out the best.

Also: pizza from da Solo-– basically cheeseless tomato, split up into versions topped by black bean, hummus, sardines- OK but I should not have put them all in same pan since they all tasted like sardines.

Also: choc chip muffins

And in the more healthy side: salad with mixed greens, topped with avocado, olive oil, and sardines.
