Shabbos meals

This week I am again at mom’s house, which means I can’t cook and thus won’t be doing a country meal. However, I am doing a couple of things related to the parsha. The Torah portion says that priests with crushed testicles (Lev. 21:20) cannot officiate at the Tabernacle, so we’ll have something with balls- in particular, lotus cream balls. The parsha also mentions the Jewish holidays, including Passover and the requirement of unleavened bread for that holiday (23:6) so we will have matzoh.
